Youth Villages Employee Conference |You EMPOWER Success | 2022
The conference was held in November 2022 at the 300,00 square foot, newly renovated Renasant Convention Center, Memphis. It hosted more than 1,500 employees, board members, and specially invited VIPs of Youth Villages.
I developed the theme and all creatives associated with this event, a complete omnichannel installation….from designing the lighting grid for the main ballrooms to the lanyards, from the splash screens to the neon kite for the social activation wall…and every visual in between.
The entire build took place from September 1st through October 31st of 2022.
